Mavish provides the structure and support I have been looking for in a therapist. I really appreciate Mavish! She is very approachable, and kind. I feel heard during my sessions. She gives me feedback and suggestions on handling issues I am dealing with. Where do I even begin! By far, Mavish has definitely become my favorite therapist I’ve ever had. She is kind, attentive, extremely knowledgeable, and her cognitive behavioral approach has helped me make so much progress towards my goals.
