I began working with Leonard in June 2023 after a low point in my life in one of my most important relationships. Leonard has helped immensely by sharing with me excellent techniques to aid me with my anxiety, communication, and my relationships. He's helped me to understand the importance of celebrating my wins and sharing my thoughts and most importantly my feelings with others who love me. He's also taught me how to cope and be present for my loved ones during difficult times. He is an excellent therapist who is very knowledgeable and interested in helping others. I highly recommend working with Leonard.

My experience with him has been incredible. Not only have I developed the capability to open up to people, I've found myself growing and understanding my thought process more and more each session. He listens to me and actively addresses my thoughts and questions clearly while also giving me the support I need to explore more serious topics. Overall, I highly recommend him as a therapist. He has helped me through so much and I couldn't thank him enough.

Leonard is very attentive to your needs. A great listener. He has helped me to identify issues that's bothered me for sometime. I have gained the necessary coping skills needed to move forward in life. Trauma survival is a life long journey. I can feel safe in my own skin knowing that not only did I survive the traumas, but I've learned not to let them define me. Thanks Leonard for everything.

Leonard is the Man! He will sit you and work with you. He cares. Sometimes I forget he's my therapist and I feel like he's my best friend. Really appreciate this guy. I would suggest him to anyone and everyone
Though I spent a limited number of sessions under his guidance due to personal reasons, Leonard Uchendu and was an intellectual and compassionate resource to me as my therapist. At the beginning of each meeting, we would start off with self-reflection where he would ask me how I've been and if I personally saw any improvement in my own behavior. He would then ask me to identify specific areas that I wanted to focus on and we would have conversations/complete relevant activities accordingly. Before the end of each session, we would recap the various concepts and subjects discussed over our time together and he would provide resources to help continue the therapy in his absence. Overall, I really enjoyed our time together and felt as though my concerns were heard/addressed when working with Leonard Uchendu!
He's been very understanding and helpful in navigating my mental health.
I've made great strides through working with Leonard. I've gotten to a place where I am actively utilizing coping skills in daily life to mitigate stress and anxiety, which is leaps and bounds better managed than before I started working with him. I'm more at peace in my mind and I'm more easily able to cope with my past traumas and not let them rule my day. He provides great materials, mechanisms, and is always very respectful and makes you feel understood and heard when expressing very tough subject matter and feelings.
He really listens to what I have to say. He is also very encouraging and has creative ways to help me process different emotions and feelings so that I can understand them better

Really appreciate my therapist helps cope with stress and always makes great suggestions of coping skills that I can use which is also very helpful. I have grown as a woman thanks to great attentive therapist.
Being in therapy isn't easy. Being depressed over my experiences. The traumas and all the losses in life sometimes have me in a shell. My cocoon.. Very hard to come to grips with my life at times. Leonard is very patient and supportive. My time in session with him is very therapeutic. Some days are really hard so hard that tears just roll down my face. So hard that I want to just give up, but a kind word from my therapist gives me encouragement. Leonard also challenges me to come out of that cocoon. Thank you Leonard for all you do. I'm so much better.
Leonard will listen to you. He really cares and his biggest pride and joy is watching his patients make progress

Leonard is a wonderfully compassionate and professional therapist. He is open, encouraging, understanding, and non-judgemental. Throughout the weekly sessions over the 7 months we have worked together, I have never felt uncomfortable being honest and open with him. He has helped me immensely with depression, grief, and low self-worth. He helped me develop tools both to manage and cope with negative feelings and emotions in the short-term as well as to recognize the behaviours and thought patterns that contributed to depression for my long-term benefit. I am very grateful for the time we have worked together and the help and encouragement that he has given me to grow emotionally.
Leonard has been very patient and supportive of me. Therapy is hard work. Dealing with my personal struggles hasn't been easy, and dealing with all the trauma that I've experienced leaves me hopeless and helpless, but Leonard is patiently assisting me to acknowledge what happen to me and assisting me to find ways to cope with it all and move forward. He's accurate and gives me such good advice. I'm regaining some hope, and taking back my life. I'm thankful for my therapist.

Leonard is a great therapist, hes very open-minded very understanding, hes easy to talk to and has help me find better ways to cope with my recent break up and depression, over all hes really good
I've been in therapy over the years off and on. My newest therapist Leonard came at a time which, I had decided to be transparent and open about everything. Not sure of what I was getting myself into with a new therapist and a male, that was quite different for me. Turns out to be a very good decision. Leonard's approach is calming, relaxing, and most of all therapeutic. Due to my many layers of trauma we are peeling back all layers.. He has help me to gain insight into my feelings and help me to acknowledge and understand these feelings. I've set goals that will help me to live in the now and have control over my future. He's very knowledgeable about my issues. Trauma and abuse. Self-esteem, and childhood issues. I can say with confidence that I feel so much better since I've had time in therapy with Leonard. I look forward to all my sessions. I have trust and feel comfortable with discussing various topics. I am getting better and better and better. Thank you so much Leonard for being great at what you do.
Leonard has been a wonderful therapist for me over these past few months. I was nervous to try therapy, but I was quickly able to establish a relationship with Leonard based on trust and understanding and compassion that made the process much easier and, in the end, extremely beneficial. He helped me open up to new methods for dealing with distress and negative thoughts and supported me as I began making those new methods habits in my daily life. Perhaps what I am most grateful for is the fact that Leonard has helped me become more compassionate and patient with myself. That has made everything easier. Leonard is a wonderful therapist and person. I am grateful for all he has helped me with and would highly recommend him to anyone.
Leonard has been helping me work through varying levels and types of anxiety with different techniques to combat and soothe most issues I encounter. He is a kind patient listener and I would recommend him to anyone who is seeking to better their mental health.

Mr. Uchendu was very helpful throughout this process. He was understanding and thoughtful. The resources that he provided also helped me a lot in between sessions.
He’s been essential for helping me with my anxiety and low sense of self. Without him I wouldn’t have developed a sense of understanding of my own importance and strengths. He always knew what to say during which moment. Through all of our sessions he has always been supportive, patient, and kind. It took a session or two for him to understand where the foundation of my issues came from but after that he helped me find healthy ways to help teach me to better myself. The questions he provided me along with the worksheets really helped with my mental development. `Now I have more tools and methods to keep myself growing and moving forward, or even picking myself up when I’m down. And for all of his help I’m eternally grateful
