Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Lindsey is my favorite
I’ve been seeing Lindsey for a little over a year now and I honestly don’t know where I’d be without her. She is a great listener and has dropped several truth bombs that were necessary for me. She is helping me get treatment and stay motivated for a pelvic pain disorder that I have had for over ten years now. I am now off of medicine as well. She is professional and lets you know of rescheduling with plenty of time in advance.
Lindsey is the best therapist I have ever had.
Lindsey has helped me grow in significant ways. Our sessions have gotten me through some difficult conflicts at work. Her support, ability to listen and ask great questions as well as her insight were fundamental in shaping how I handle stress. I love the way she talks and how easy it is to say what I think and feel without any judgement. She’s brilliant, compassionate, and deserves an award for knowing how to deal with second-hand embarrassment at the office. I have really enjoyed working with her because of these things and because she always makes time respond to my messages quickly, keeps a good schedule for our weekly sessions, and is attentive to what I want to talk about each week. Basically, she rules.
I just love Lindsey sooo much
I’ve only been talking to Lindsey for a short while and I already feel like she’s invested in my progress and like she really cares.
She is absolutely incredible. I am awful at responding and forget for days and sometimes weeks but she has never given up on me. She just messages me and let's me know that she's still there for me when I'm ready and able to talk. She makes me feel so comfortable and that moving at my own pace is ok.
Lindsey is the best! So funny and sweet! Love her so much
Lindsey is everything I’ve always wanted and needed in a therapist. She listens empathetically, asks thought provoking questions, and isn’t opposed to offering advice (thank God). I have a stubborn personality, but something about the way she explains things allows me to really hear what she’s saying and take it in. Her patience and acknowledgment of progress is exactly what I need.
Lindsey is absolutely amazing! She helped me immensely and really made me feel comfortable and valid in everything I was feeling
She listens very well.
Lindsey is fabulous! She's extremely responsive, listens without judgment, and provides valuable insight. She makes me feel validated and understood. I feel like a weight has been lifted off my chest since I started talking with her - thank you! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lindsey to anyone considering therapy, especially those dealing with anxiety and family issues.
