Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space. Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Jasmine is my second therapist on betterhelp, and I've been with her for a few months now. I feel so comfortable opening up with her, she is extremely thoughtful, caring and a good listener. She gives me different things to think on or gives me a task to complete that relates to our topic we discuss. I highly recommend jasmine

Jasmine is fantastic, great conversationalist, attentive, focused, accepting, and experienced with a wide range of neurotypes and therapy styles. She's super cool and chill too, i'd love to just have a beer with her one day. It took a few months for us to "find our edge", but when we found it, it was really incredible. I wish we could have more than one session per week!

After even the first session with Jasmine, I knew seeking therapy was the right decision. She listens to my problems and concerns and responds with support and advice. She helps me look at situations in a different perspective, which allows me to deal with my emotions. I would not have been able to start the healing process without Better help.
