My name is Ricky and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programing. I specialize in family systems but also individual counseling. I have 20 years of experience helping people navigate their mental health toward feeling whole again. More specifically, it has been my privilege to help people heal from and work through issues such as addiction, chronic depression, grief, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, multigenerational issues including sibling and parenting issues, boundary setting in relationships, and history of trauma or abuse.
