Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

She is awesome. Always helps me when I'm at my lowest but also supports me when I'm doing well. Her insight and skill to pick up on things is out of this world. Best therapist I have ever had, hands down.

She listens very well to my needs and her experience has been helping to get my life together little by little, she’s there when I need and I’ve been needy

Patricia has been hands down the best therapist I’ve encountered (and I’ve had many). She’s very knowledgeable and has helped hold me accountable to healing in the ways I’ve wanted to and also has created many moments of clarity for me when I’ve been dealing with anxiety or relationship issues. I highly recommend her she has added much needed support in my life.

In short she is amazing! She has been helping me for almost 3 months and I couldn't ask for anyone better. She listens and validates my concerns. Her insight has changed the way I see myself and how I deal with stress/anxiety on a daily basis. Along with listening and sharing her own experiences, she has given me the tools I need to help myself. My relationship would have been over a long time ago without her help. Patricia is always quick to respond, she's understanding and flexible when it comes to appointments. The last thing I will say is how understanding she is. Some days I don't want to talk about my feelings or stress, I just want to complain or gossip and she is there to hear it all. Seriously, she's great and I appreciate her a ton!

Reviewed November 2021

Very easy to talk to! Always very kind and professional, but also approachable! I knew from the first session that she would be fantastic to work with and she’s been nothing but great since!

Patricia is THE BEST! I connected with her right off the bat and have thoroughly enjoyed our discussions. She strikes a great balance of offering an understanding of your situation and asking thought provoking questions to get you to evaluate your thinking. I'm learning so much about myself and can't wait to learn more! I'd recommend Patricia to anyone and everyone. She's given me faith that therapy will work for me :)

Patricia is phenomenal; she takes the time to listen to your understanding of the root of the problem and helps keep you focused on making what you feel to be positive progress. I've been very impressed by each one of her sessions and highly recommend her.
