Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space. Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I have just completed 2 months of sessions with Cynthia and it was definitely worth it. I'm so grateful for the help she provided in a really traumatic period in my life. She made me feel comfortable and confident. I didn't expect to make the level of progress I did in such a relatively short period of time, but I don't think I couldn't have gotten this far without her. I would recommend her to anyone who is struggling mentally. A true gem.

I chose to go to therapy to help me with my relationship with my partner as well as addressing some childhood trauma that has affected me in my adult life. I like the flexibility of Better Help because I was able to find Cynthia. I started with another therapist but Cynthia was more what I needed. She was very comforting and allowed my time to be used for what I needed. She would prompt me to think outside the box and challenge my own thinking. I really liked that. She was also very kind in her words and supportive of who I am and what I do and think. She provided examples from her own life to help shine light on how a situation can be looked at from a different perspective. Overall I am very satisfied and happy that I found her and how she has helped me. I would strongly recommend her to people I know if they find her expertise would fit their situation. Thank you again Cynthia for all you do! I know you will help many others like myself.
