She is AMAZING Helped me through job loss, anxiety and nervous wreck. Talked to me, gave me a bunch of tools to work on to clarify what I was going through and how to use them. Helped me find my calm and really appreciate her.
It's only been a couple of weeks since we started communicating, but it has been really helpful so far. Cadie is helping me to set goals, and have accountability for those goals -- I had tried to set goals on my own before working with Cadie, but I didn't meet them. Cadie and I talk about why haven't met goals previously, and being mindful of that is useful -- understanding underlying causes.
