The quality I like about Craig the most is that from the very beginning I felt like he was taking an active role and an active responsibility as my therapist/counselor. I feel like we are diving deeper into the issues I am having. I did have another therapist before Craig and unfortunately it just wasn't working out. When I found Craig, he reached out to me and asked my why I felt I needed to find a new therapist. We messaged each other and from our first phone session I have felt very comfortable with him. As he puts it, I feel once we put out the house fire then we can fix the foundation.

From the response alone to my introduction message when initially being paired with Craig I could feel a sense of genuine care and desire to help. Craig is wonderful. I have been in therapy for years and have never found a therapist or counselor that I felt would actually listen to what I was saying and take my concerns to heart. He is empathetic and supportive, but more importantly, he is solutions focused and wants to try and help you solve your underlying concerns in any way possible. If something doesn’t work, he is willing to pivot and redirect to a method that works for YOU. He is responsive, committed, and a wonderful therapist. I honestly can’t describe the amount of relief I have just feeling heard and having a plan to move forward. Thank you for everything!

Honest. Truly caring. This is my first experience with therapy and started off very apprehensive. Within 10 minutes of our first conversation, I already felt like I had made a great choice to start therapy. Craig is a fantastic person and therapist.
