Only two sessions in so far, but I feel like Dani has already given me a better perspective on the issues I've been having. She really listens and allows me to realize things I didn't realize were problems. I'm excited to see where I'll be after a few more sessions!

I feel Danielle is empathetic, but also challenges me on my thoughts and behaviors in a constructive way. I don’t feel bad after we meet, I feel encouraged to make progress.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions. Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Just as before, shes wonderful. Its just the beginning, but I feel this woman will help me get back on the right track. Its nice to have someone I can just share any and all thoughts with - where as people in my life I have to put a mask on because I worry about what they think about me. With Danielle, I can tell her anything. Her responses and views make me think. I like her approach too, going through my life and breaking me into parts.

Danielle is an awesome therapist! Over 7 sessions we were able to touch upon each of the goals that I had brought to her in the beginning of our journey. She made me feel comfortable, encouraged me to express myself in healthy ways, and taught me about anxiety management in ways that will guide me for life. She is very kind and attentive, and she truly cares about her client. Even while we were working through some of my hardest traumas, I felt supported and knew that the end, everything was going to be okay.
