Janelle is warm and caring and someone whom I can easily talk to. I appreciate how she reaches out when I haven't checked in. She also responds very quickly when I send her a message. I always get something out of each session--validation, support, advice, and laughs. :-) Thank you so much, Janelle!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Janelle has been a very wonderful therapist. She listens, she's attentive and genuinely cares and works with me!
I always appreciate how approachable and warm Janelle is--like visiting with a caring friend who is there to support and guide me. She listens to my concerns and validates how I'm feeling. I also appreciate the worksheets (homework) she provides me, too! I always feel better after a session with her--thank you so much, Janelle!
Janelle is warm and approachable. I feel comfortable in her presence and I appreciate her empathy and understanding. I'm also really moved that she checks in with me to see how I'm doing. Thanks so much, Janelle!
Janelle is so patient and understanding. She takes her time to fully grasp concerns of the patient and doesn’t try to force you into conversations or topics that you aren’t comfortable with. She is very personable and while she is my therapist she creates an environment where it’s like talking to a friend that genuinely cares for your well being. She’s also never been late to a session, which is a plus.
Janelle is very professional and I feel like she really cares and listens to me seriously. It's great having someone to talk to without worrying about making them angry, and she's been able to notice a few behaviors of mine that aren't healthy so that I can address them.
Janelle just eases all of my anxiety when it comes to receiving therapy. I had a Thera prior to her that was very judgmental, Janelle is not like that at all. She really hears me out no judgment or shaming. I feel I can be vulnerable and open up to her.
I have had two sessions with Janelle, and right away, I felt at ease with her. She has a warm, friendly, approachable aura/personality, so I feel comfortable talking to her. I also appreciate that she answers my messages very quickly. Thanks so much, Janelle!
Janelle has been very attentive. This is my first virtual counseling experience and thus far it has been great!
Great person, very understanding and helpful.
