I love bringing clarity and vision to my clients and giving them the tools they need to be successful long after we're through. I'm dedicated, warm, compassionate, and always looking for more resources to share. I genuinely believe my clients are the experts on their own life and working together, we'll build an individual treatment plan that includes a tailored approach, timetable, and clear objectives.

I believe everyone can benefit from talking with a counselor and want everyone to have access to quality and timely services. If you're ready to make some changes in your life, I'd love to help you on your journey. Please note I am generally available Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:30-3 MDT for these appointments. If that does not work with your schedule, we may need to get you matched with another therapist.

I did my Undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University and received my Master's in Social Work at the University of Utah. I have worked as a Mental Health Therapist for 5 years and am proud to also have a Coaching certification and be EMDR trained. I have 3 children and we enjoy exploring the beauty and variety of the West!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Working with Ashley the last few weeks has been wonderful. She works with my goal oriented personality and sets big picture and weekly things to work on. She listens to me and pulls out things I didn't realize I believed and we can discuss without feeling judged. She helps point me to other educational places so I can keep growing. I feel very blessed to have found someone to help guide me as I figure out adulting/motherhood.

Ashley is incredible. I have had so many life-changing aha moments in my therapy sessions with her. I am consistently impressed by her insight and I appreciate so much her empathy and her ability to understand me. She has brought much clarity to my life, changed my vision, given me many practical and helpful strategies, and helped me get to a much brighter place in my life.

Ashley is extremely communicative, supportive, and caring therapist. She responses to all my messages and journal entries which is very sweet and supportive. She has helped me understand a lot more about my habits and why I have fallen into harmful tendencies in the past. This why has helped a ton in changing my future habits.
