I am a licensed professional counselor in Wisconsin with over 12 years of experience working with individuals in community treatment programs. I am also a substance abuse counselor with over 5000 hours of experience and a treatment supervisor. I have worked with a wide range of concerns such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, depression, anxiety, personality disorder, PTSD, substance abuse, family, and parenting concerns, work related issues as well as self-harm and physical abuse.

My counseling style is empathetic, and person centered. I believe in treating everyone with respect, compassion, and cultural sensitivity. I am nonjudgmental and promote empowerment. I combine cognitive-behavioral, person centered, psychodynamic and dialectical behavioral counseling therapies in treatment. I will create a dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

It takes courage to search for more fulfillment and joy in life and to take steps to make that change. If you are ready to take that step, I will be here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions. Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
