Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space. Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Dr. Naginey is by far the most wonderful therapist I’ve ever had. Not only does she help problem solve my family situations and frustrations, but she truly listens and never minimalises my feelings, whatever they may be. She also won’t hesitate to hand me a solid dose of reality too when it comes to managing my expectations versus well reality. I need those doses more often than not

I am loving working with Dr. Naginey! She is very understanding, insightful, and supportive. I always feel seen and heard without feeling judged. Her responses to messages are prompt and substantial, offering me ideas and insights even when we aren't in a live session. I feel that I am in a constant session with Dr. Naginey. She guides our conversations in productive directions without making me feel like I don't know myself. Everything she has brought up has been relevant and helpful in helping me understand what is going on. I am so grateful that I am able to work with her!

I have had the chance to work with 2 other Therapists before Judith, and I can say it without a doubt that Judith has been the best one I`ve personally worked with so far. She is the most compassionate, ,professional, non-judgemental, and caring person I`ve had the pleasure to work with. She is also someone that will ask you a lot of questions, which is something I personally really like about her. I feel like she is a Therapist that`s trying her absolute best to understand you at all times. She is also someone that is really patient, meaning she won`t rush you into sharing things you`re not comfortable sharing with her yet. It took me 1.5 months to tell her about a certain memory, and there was not a single time when I felt like she was pushing me to tell her about it. Judith is also really good at answering messages, which is so refreshing after I had this exact problem with my previous therapist. She will also take her time to give you detailed answers and aks questions about whatever you messaged her about, which is also something I personally really appreciate. Finally, Judith also offers a variety of techniques, and tools for you. She will happily suggest you different mobile apps, books, and plenty of grounding techniques that have been personally really helpful for me. She also offers a lot of different writing exercises, like sending worksheets that she will discuss with you, and she will also suggest things like journaling, which is probably my own favourite exercise to do. All in all, I am really happy with the quality of service I`ve experienced from Judith. I am still working with Judith as I am writing this, and all I can say is thank you very much for all the work we have done so far.
