Since I became a memeber with BetterHelp, I had to take a break and eventually had to change therapist and I am glad I did. I am pleased and happy with the therapist that I have now. Ms. Edi listens to my concerns, issues and encourages me every time before the end of our sessions to continue working on my goals.

Since I started my therapy session with Ms. Edi, she has been very helpful, attentative, understanding and very good at listening to my issues. Ms Edi reminds me to take notes to help put things into perspectative, gives me materials to read to help me understand why things are the way they and she always tell me if I have any questions on anything, I am free to ask. I cant express how good of a listener she is. I always look forward to my sessions with her.

I believe in getting results. As an active and lifelong learner, I bring evidence-based techniques to my over 20 years of experience as a clinician to help people identify and achieve the goals that match their values. In pursuit of those techniques, I have obtained a Doctorate in Behavioral Health to complement my dgrees and licensure in Counseling. I hold certifications in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and biofeedback.

My background provides me with the experience to assist with a wide range of concerns including depressed mood; anxiety, relationship, communication, and boundary issues; substance misuse; long-term pain and or chronic health issues; and stress. I currently hold licenses in Texas (LPC),New York (LMHC), and NJ (LPC). I have deep compassion for anyone who is trying to self-manage emotional and physical pain and realize that seeking help is truly a courageous first step.

My style is to work collaboratively with you to set goals and define measurable steps to increase success and achieve a healthier life, whatever that looks like to you.
