I use evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Client Centered therapy. I have high standards for the role I have taken on, I work on improving myself daily both professionally and personally so that I can show up and be present for all things that are important to me. Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Kay is my second therapist on BetterHelp and she has been such a great support and therapist through I very hard time in my life so grateful I was matched to her. I always look forward to talking issues through with her and come away feeling better every time. Thank you Kay!
Kay, is amazing.
Kay has been simply amazing. I have made so many positive changes and improvements in my life and in how I treat myself. She has been a huge part of my journey and she has offered me excellent advice, a safe place to vent and she has been 100% supportive of the decisions I've made. I don't think I would have made the changes I have in my life without knowing she was there to back me up if I needed it. She gives me perspective and has helped me learn to navigate through my daily problems and issues in a healthier way. I can't recommend her enough!
Kay has been such a help to me. All of the advice she gives me helps me- comforts me and supports me. I love her.
I have really enjoyed my therapy sessions and truly feel she has my best interest at heart.
Ms. Cagle listens to you and interferes when you don’t even realize you’re blaming yourself for everything. She’s professional, knows her skill, and gives great advice.
Kay has been so helpful in guiding me to see the underlying drivers to my problematic behaviors. She's gentle and compassionate, while being very straight forward. I feel like she empathizes with my experience, while holding an expectation that I take responsibility for my side of the street. It's been hugely transformational to work with her.
I have enjoyed my sessions . She listens and gives good feedback
Kay has been my therapist for almost a year now. For some reason, I was waiting to be done with therapy to leave a review; but she has already made an impact with my mental health. She works with my schedule well and is there when I need her!
I love Mrs.Cagle! She is the best therapist I could have ever asked for. She has helped me grow in so many aspects possible.
Kay is amazing. She is extremely easy to talk to and she has lots of insight and suggestions that have helped me to improve my mental health significantly. She helps me to break things down and not focus on the negative self talk that I seem to struggle with. By making small changes and forming new habits I feel like I have come a long way from when I initially started my mental health journey. I would highly recommend her!
She's been so helpful for my life
Kay is so understanding and very professional. She has a way of making me understand my feeling are normal when dealing with some uncomfortable discussion topics. She actually reads and refers to my journal entries during my sessions. I like and feel very comfortable doing my journal entries each day. I look forward to our weekly sessions. My mind is put at ease when I have finished talking to Kay.
Kay has been a life saver. My schedule is completely all over the place but she finds a way to fit me in. She understands how important my mental health is to me and helps me work through all of my own thoughts. I'm so glad I have her as my therapists.
Kay is an intuitive and patient listener & helped me work out some family & anxiety issues with useful coping strategies. Good balance of offering tips and lending an ear. :)
Kay is the best. She's attentive, responsive, personable, caring, and kind.
She's literally the best!
Kay is an incredible therapist. She is relatable, understanding, and comforting. When I tried out therapy before Kay, I was very wary of continuing therapy. I did not relate to my prior therapists, and I felt like they were not understanding what I needed. After one session with Kay, I was hooked. She listens but also provides conversation and feedback. I was really looking for someone to have a two-way conversation with, and Kay gave me that. Highly recommend; a 10/10 experience.
Kay is great at what she does. I was very apprehensive to start therapy but she's made me feel at ease. I look forward to more sessions with her.
Instantly cured my apprehension about therapy due to past experiences. Very genuine person!
I love my therapy sessions with Kay. She helps me to put logic to some emotional situations. Also, the questions she ask me and homework are very helpful when doing my internal evaluations. And she offers genuine positive feedback. So happy we were matched!
She's helped me tremendously working through my problems and continues to do so with each session. I'm so thankful for her
Kay is great at being flexible with scheduling and is flexible in letting your needs and concerns guide therapy. My experience has been great.
I have had such a wonderful experience with Kay! She's open minded, empathetic and feels like having things out with a close, wise friend. I'm incredibly comfortable with her and the whole platform. I love that we can securely message back and forth between sessions and that I'm able to communicate things as they unfold.
I am enjoying my sessions. She has made me think & be able to put things in perspective.
