Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Wendy is understanding and awesome
Wendy has been great in the early going of this journey for me. She has made me feel comfortable and heard.
Wendy has made a great first impression. She seems to be experienced and empathetic to the issues I’m needing to work through. Looking forward to continuing the sessions!
Wendy is terrific! She strikes a great balance between compassion and accountability. She is also very good about reminding me of accomplishments. I ALWAYS feel great after we have met and I have valued every minute of the almost one year of counseling. :)
She is excellent

Thus far, my experience has been excellent. I have reccomended Wendy to several of my closest friends and family members. She is awesome!
I felt very comfortable talking openly and honestly with her and she gave constructive and helpful feedback. I really appreciate her skillful communication style.
Excellent!
I cannot say enough good things about Wendy. I have tried therapy 3 times before and never got as far as we did in the first month. With her help, I feel way better and less anxious. She is very understanding and helpful. With previous therapists, I just felt like I was talking in circles and not getting to core issues. Wendy is the complete opposite of this, we really dig deep into the core of my being. I really appreciate her help so much. I would recommend to anybody, specifically if you are looking to combat anxiety.
Wendy has helped me tremendously in only a short period of time. Our work isn’t finished, just great to know that I have made great strides already…and a brighter/healthier future does exist.
I have gone to a couple different counselors and therapists but wendy has been my favorite by far.
I think Wendy is really great. It really feels like she understands what I'm going through and what I'm trying to accomplish. I highly recommend her.
Wendy is a great therapist. She listens well and has good insight. I really appreciated her guidance through a really tough time. I would definitely use her services again in the future.
Wendy is wonderful. She is very approachable, kind and does not judge. She is very experienced and it shows! I felt better after the first session and looked forward to further sessions. I would see no other therapist.
She is great!
Wendy has been great to talk to! She listens and is very helpful.
Great therapist, knowledgable, patient and insightful.
Wendy is an incredible listener. As I’m telling my story she is able to pick out the points of trouble and help me get down to the bottom root of the problem. She offers techniques to overcome stress and anxiety. Throughout the week Wendy will send me messages of encouragement - I’m looking forward to continuing my journey
