Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Tarrah has been great! This is my first therapy experience and I had fears of not enjoying it or not meshing with someone. Tarrah immediately alleviated my worries. She has an amazing personality , we just click. She’s filled with great advice but listens to me and remembers all our previous sessions. I couldn’t be happier with our pairing to each other.

I've only had a couple sessions with Tarrah so far, but I couldn't be more happy with the time I've shared with her. Tarrah is very friendly and really creates a comfortable and laid back environment and she makes sharing about yourself feel easy and like you're talking to someone who's known you for years. She’s encouraging and supportive.
Tarrah is easy to talk to and is not judgmental at all about the subjects I choose to discuss. She made me feel like I don’t have to be ashamed that I am on probation and has previous experience with treating those in with convictions or stuck in the justice system. Her hours work well with my crazy schedule and reaches out to me just to see if I need anything.
Really helps to talk to Tarrah. She gets me and helps sort out my overactive brain
