Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Third times the charm, she's exactly what I've been looking for. She keeps me in check, challenges me to analyze my thoughts, and gives me a little perspective. I really appreciate her
She is amazing
Knows how to get the emotional side of me out and talk about things I normally wouldn’t
She is fantastic!
Working with Lorraine has been a wonderful experience. In just a short amount of time together she's had a huge impact on me. She easy to speak to, provides thoughtful feedback, and makes herself available if and when I need. I look forward to continuing to work with her.
Lorraine has been a great help in therapy. She pushed me when I was uncomfortable and I appreciate her for that, as I was able to really grow through it. I learnt to face my habits/insecurities up front and deal with them instead of constantly running away from them. Thank you Lorraine.
