Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Susan is wonderful. I couldn't have found a better therapist. She listens to me, works with me, and is constantly checking on me. She is just what I needed to get through this time in my life. I am very thankful.
Susan is a great therapist ! Recommend her to anyone in need
I have been working with Susan for almost a year.I needed someone whom understood chronic illness & it's daily struggles. Susan helped me feel heard, understood and not so alone. I will forever be grateful for all the help & tools she has given me to navigate the complexities of of illness. My husband whom is my care taker had also became ill with nerological illness and Susan was a huge sounding board for me when I couldn't discuss these issues with anyone else, she also helped me understand His struggles too. Her council has been invaluable.
As always, Susan is wonderful!
Susan is a consummate professional, listens well and asks all the right questions. Has great ways of making you see a different r path to an answer to the problems. I feel very comfortable with her.
Susan is excellent and I am so happy with her positivity and techniques she shares with me to move ahead in my life. Couldn't have found a better therapist.
I have been working with Susan for some months now and she has helped me so much. Susan encouraged me & gave me the confidence I needed to address pressing issues how to with my doctors & family.I have a very painful & debilitating genetic illness & it was important to me to have a therapist that truly understands chronic illness, pain and reactive mental health issues that can certainly arise, especially during a pandemic. I have found Susan to be very knowledgeable with illness, navigating palitive issues, grieving while your still here and she has helped me navigate & understand my husband's recent health issues. I have been able to reconnect with people I have isolated myself from due to various issues and to gain the confidence needed to do so. When I started with Susan I was truly a mess, crying alot, anxiety, hyper focusing on the Pandemic & what it could mean to my high risk family, having to be isolated so much was very difficult. I feel far more relaxed, having stronger relationships and I am sleeping better, this is huge progress for me.
She is awesome and an amazing help, addressing all of my needs as I come to her with them.
Susan was a lovely person. She was super helpful and was always available. She helped me understand what I was feeling and dealing with and gave me exercises and insights to help me navigate them. I cannot thank her enough.
Susan has not only supported me with managing my anxiety but also a breakup, moving house and more. I always come away from our sessions feeling more confident and assured. Our sessions have given me a whole new perspective on various things past and present that has helped me move past issues that have been holding me back.
Susan is a kind and experienced therapist who has helped me work through some recent grief. She always listens and provides a comfortable environment to talk through difficult topics.
Susan is a very considerate lady, who obviously has a vast amount of experience. I appreciate her interest in my life issues and find it comforting that she always replies to any message, with words of encouragement.
Susan was incredible! She made me feel very comfortable in my first session with her. I enjoyed the month I worked with her and feel much better mentally than when I had first started therapy. Thank You so much Susan. I highly recommend her!
Susan is wonderful and I finally found a therapist I can relate to in my session and she checks in on me at all times. What I am disappointed in is the way Betterhelp bills you until you find a therapist that works well for you. I have paid for 8 sessions and have only been able to book 2 sessions. I give Susan Weismann a big 10 and a lot less forBetterhelp’s billing policy.
