Rachel is so patient listening and getting to the core of the issues. She has been such a wonderful person to talk too

I am eternally grateful to Rachel for helping me navigate my issues with shame and guilt over past traumas, grief after loss, boundary setting, distorted cognitive thinking, feelings of inadequacy and and much, much more. When I began therapy, I had minimal to no coping strategies to ground myself; I didn't know about giving myself grace. Now that I've put all that I've learned to practice, I see the fruits of my labor and I'm MUCH better than when I started. I have Rachel to thank for that. Thank you Ms. Rhodes!
