Melissa was an excellent therapist. She was always quick to respond outside of sessions when I needed to schedule something or had a question. During our sessions I felt at ease. Melissa was very easy to open up to and was great at relating her own life experiences with my own, especially when it came to being a mom and wife. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a smooth and gentle transition into therapy.
I have only interacted with Ms. Patak a few times but she is genuinely caring. I feel better knowing she is my assigned therapist because it makes me feel like I have another person who cares for me in my corner. When my turtle died, I was able to message her explaining how sad I was. She messaged me the next day, and I know that seems like a mundane thing for some, it meant the world to me.
Melissa has helped me to think out of the box and look at things in a different perspective. She respects my thoughts and gives great advice. She is a great listener that cares about her patient. I get paid to play music and I love music. Even though she gets paid to help people, I know she loves to do it.
