Ms. Glenna Rodgers is very kind and is easy to talk with. I’ve received great advice, help, and she’s provided me with worksheets on things I’m dealing with to help me find ways to cope. I appreciate how she has helped me to learn to forgive myself and I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. She’s great and I would 100% recommend her to any friend or family member.

As a mental health therapist, licensed in Arkansas, Mississippi, and New Jersey, with 26 years experience, I enjoy working with clients, with a wide range of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, poor focus, self control, relationship issues, parenting problems, and career satisfaction. My therapy style is caring and encouraging. I provide support, as you gain insight into the challenges that can keep you or your family caught in the cycle of dissension, and help you develop healthier coping skills. In our therapy sessions, you are accepted where you are, while encouraged to grow. Everyone is taught that they are valuable.

I use multiple approaches to help my clients cope and overcome their challenges. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) gives healthy coping skills a name and practical life application, for increasing emotional regulation. Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) involves thinking through and processing concerns and solutions. Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) prepares individuals to be able to talk about upsetting and confusing events, when they feel ready, while teaching effective coping skills.

Treatment is individualized, and success is personalized.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I am very appreciative to have found Glenna to help me in any area that I choose to discuss. I am especially grateful to have a woman of faith to help guide me spiritually as well!! I personally requested to have a therapist that I can include my faith and I can already see how this is helpful to myself and will be helpful in helping me to be confident in who I am and I desire to be! I am sure many therapists are great and at first I was assigned a therapist that did not want to include faith and since that is an important part of my journey I asked to be reassigned and Betterhelp assigned me to Glenna and I'm grateful.
