Paula is so understanding and patient with me. I’m very grateful to have found her!

I have been in therapy off and on since I was 15 and I would say that Paula provides consistent support on all fronts. She's always there to support me and give me tools to work through it. I know that I am also probably in a place to be more willing and trusting to do this deep trauma work, so I think the timing is right too. I honestly did not know I would get this much support in between my sessions. I am so grateful to say the least because I can see how much I need this. Thank you Paula.
