Lindsey is a great listener and always makes sure I've had time to speak about anything on my mind. She also gives actionable advice that has been helpful to practice throughout the week. I've noticed a decrease in my anxiety when I practice these things. I also appreciate how she gives me a different perspective on some of my experiences I bring to her and how I can think about them in a more helpful way.

Lindsey has been the best therapist I have ever had! I love how she had me fill out a goal sheet of what I wanted to accomplish. In 2 sessions, I accomplished and had one of the biggest “aha” moments with her and that specific session has helped me so much in how I view situations with anyone. Thank you so much Lyndsey for everything!

Reviewed January 2022

Lindsey is incredible at what she does. She brings genuine thought and care to every session we've had together. She listens closely, always has a helpful insight to offer, and has provided me with the structure I needed to start working though some issues in my life. With other online therapy that I've tried, I would feel like my therapist was trying to see too many people, or didn't really remember what we'd been working on. Lindsey is always reffering to our previous conversations making connections, even to things I forgot we talked about. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Reviewed January 2022

Lindsey effectively helps me identify my goals for therapy and follows up consistently to help me achieve them. She also reads between the lines to help me identify areas for improvement that I overlook. I especially appreciate that she follows up to ensure that I schedule appointments and is available through messaging outside of scheduled sessions. I feel that I am making good progress with Lindsey
