I have been a therapist for over 16 years. I received my master’s degree in counseling psychology from Seton Hall University, and my Bachelor of Science degree from York College of Pennsylvania. However, this is a career change for me. This change was brought about by a sudden disruption to my life.
As a therapist I have experience in treating addictions, anxiety, depression, stress, grief, bipolar disorder, anger management, and more. I employ cognitive behavioral therapy, most of the time. However, depending on the client and their needs I may use short term solution focused therapy or ACT. What is important to me to is for you, the client, to reach your goals and lead a more fulfilling, satisfying life. Let me help you to become a better you.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Susan is a wonderful human, woman and therapist. I would recommend her to anyone.
Sue is the best! She has given me amazing advice in every session and also recommended a few books tailored to my needs. I love how she takes my spiritual beliefs into consideration as well as offering professional clinical recommendations. Sue is full of wisdom and compassion. After just a few weeks of working with her, I noticed huge improvements in my mental health. I have a wonderful saintly husband who has always listened patiently to my day-to-day concerns. But, I decided that I didn’t want to just dump my problems on him. So, I needed a professional who could guide me in taking control of my mental health. I’m so glad BetterHelp’s intake survey matched me up with Sue. I couldn’t imagine a more perfect therapist for me. I am so grateful for her wonderful work!
