I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) working with clients who have presented with grief/loss, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, family conflicts, parenting challenges, and relationship concerns. My non-judgmental, therapeutic style embodies empathy, trust, sensitivity, care, and genuineness while delivering high-quality services. During the session(s), I often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. However, if theoretical approaches are not suitable for the client(s), I employ other approaches based on their need(s). I am of the belief that it takes a lot of courage to seek professional help and commend you for taking the first step. I look forward to us working together!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Love love love Dr. Cook! Her method of therapy is profound and warm. Her Godly wisdom helps stirs clients in the right direction.
Dr. Farley-Cook listens to what patient has to say. She gives patient different exercises to do, at patient’s own pace, which may give some insight and be helpful to patient’s state of mind. Dr. Farley-Cook is compassionate, without losing her authority as a doctor. Patient knows Dr. is there to help, not to score points. Seems to be excellent at what she does.
