Gail actively listens and offers support in a way that feels as though it’s tailored specifically for me. Gail has a gentleness in her approach that creates a safe and nurturing environment for exploration of the issues. She’s also good at redirecting me back towards a solution or the topic at hand. I look forward to our sessions and feel our time together is helping me stay on track during this difficult time.

Hi! My name is Gail, and I have worked with children, individuals and families for almost two decades! I love working with all populations, but I especially love helping people who are struggling with inner woundedness left over from childhood trauma. I love the healing process, and I appreciate supporting clients as they work through their struggles, heal their childhood wounds, show up authentically as they are, and connect more deeply with their children, their partners, and themselves. I would be honored to help you through the healing process and partner with you on your path to joy and self-discovery. I especially enjoy working with young to middle aged women, because I have been through all those transitions- from high school and college graduation, job changes, dating, friendships, self-discovery, and finally marriage, pregnancy, and raising children. My specialties include an understanding of the Enneagram (I'm a certified teacher/professional) as well as conscious parenting- I am certified by Dr. Shefali Tsabary. I consider myself a "human potentialist." I believe in my clients; I believe in their ability to create goals, experience profound growth, and create positive and lasting changes. I would appreciate any client who seeks me out for therapy to be open to looking inward, embracing their full potential, and have some open mindedness towards the Enneagram, since I refer to it in my work.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space. Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
