Jamie excels in reaching her clients where they are .... emotionally, I mean. She listens so carefully to the nuances in video chats, often picking up a sign that what I am discussing has deeper significance. I think she's the best.

Jamie is professional and respectful. Discussing things with her puts me in a better mood to comprehend and understand problems in a positive way and I feel more confident about tackling responsibilities. Would recommend 10/10.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Jamie has been a huge help in getting me through one of the hardest times in my life. I recommend BetterHelp every chance I get. My sessions with Jamie are changing my life for the better. I have had therapists several times during my lifetime. I know what a good therapist can do for their patients. Jamie is one of the best I have ever seen ... down to earth, practical suggestions for dealing with extreme anxiety and compulsive hoarding.

I have to admit I was a little skeptical of BetterHelp at first, but Jamie quickly eased my concerns without even realizing it. She has listened and given me great advice and helped me learn coping mechanisms. She keeps it lighthearted which doesn’t even make it seem like real therapy, but she also keeps it serious when it’s necessary. I can tell that she is a busy person but she is great at communicating and always replies within a timely manner. She is incredibly validating and helps me to work out how I’m feeling when I can’t really put into words what I’m feeling. I was embarrassed at first because the reason I signed up with betterhelp is because I was so depressed I couldn’t get out of bed, and I didn’t want to admit to anyone that I was having to do therapy virtually. Now I tell everyone about betterhelp and encourage them to try it out. For their sakes, I hope the rest of the therapists on betterhelp are as good as Jamie is!

I would recommend Jamie Crouch as a therapist to anyone living with OCD, anxiety or depression. Jamie is non-judgmental, supportive, quick to acknowledge my posts, and gentle in her suggestions for action. Jamie does not make me feel "forced" to cope or be an adult. She meets me where I am today (virtually and emotionally) and encourages me to take care of myself and to acknowledge my gifts. She's a pretty kewl young gal!

I think this app is great for people who need help in short suspense. I was able to get an appointment with Jamie within the week that I created an account and she contacted me the day after I joined to ensure I was okay and if I needed any immediate help. The ease of check-ins between sessions has been a big help.
