Hello! My name is Lisa Warden and I am a licensed Social Worker. Prior to completing my college, I worked as a massage therapist. I am very aware of the mind-body connection and how we can use our body to heal our mind.
I’ve worked most of my career with helping those in recovery from Trauma, addictions, and personality related issues. These symptoms often really hold a person captive and away from the fulfillment of potential and in a constant state of survival. It gets me very excited to see a client who has been through hell, begin to thrive and enjoy life in a way they may have not thought possible.
It can be very challenging to reach out for help and schedule a session. I offer a warm and flexible style (and often include humor) and I actively work to meet each client where they are and offer the encouragement and the skills to assist getting clients to where they'd like to be. I look forward to working with you!

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

I am very blessed to have been matched up with her. I truly trust her advice and she is helping me tremendously.
Lisa is incredible. She checks in on me everyday and helps me work out my problems. She gives me expertise and resources to help me in every situation. I feel I can be open and honest with her and I feel that she respects and values everything I have to say. I’ve been to a few different therapists and Lisa blows the rest out of the water. So glad she’s my provider. I’d recommend her to everyone!
Lisa is amazing. She's always encouraging me to figure out who I am and who I want to be. She calls me on my crap. She's had me identify fears and face them. She has helped me figure out how to feel. I'm recovering from a high-demand religion and she has guided me to explore actual feelings. I can now identify what I like/don't like. She encouraged me to explore my relationships and to not just give up and throw away my marriage. I've learned to feel love. I'm more genuine now. I'm not through growing, but Lisa is helping me along the path and I'm enjoying the new blossoming "me" I'm becoming.
I’m extremely impressed! Lisa has explained things in ways that no therapist has ever explained them before! She is extremely knowledgeable and I look forward to meeting with her again!
Lisa has been a consistent outlet for me since we’ve met. I’m extremely thankful for her

I have never had a therapist I felt was such a good match. Lisa’s very understanding and supportive and offers actual ways to help and dive into things. In the past I’ve felt like therapy appointments were more of a chore and very surface level- never really feeling like it made a difference, but since working with Lisa I always look forward to our calls and appreciate our time and her expertise so much and finally feel like progress is actually possible!
Lisa makes me feel safe. She makes me feel heard. I’ve opened up to her about things I don’t talk about and she’s says the most comforting things in response. I’m so lucky to have her!!
Lisa has been a gift from the universe. She always makes me feel comfortable and heard and helps me with so many tools to feel more centered and regain trust and confidence in myself. She has been helping me work through consequences of narcissistic abuse and I am astounded by the results and how fast I am making progress. I feel so supported and safe both during the sessions and on the days in-between. I feel extremely lucky to have met Lisa in one of the most challenging periods of my life.

Excellent therapist- I always have great breakthroughs every session with her as she always explores issues with great precision. One of the best therapists I ever had and I recommended her to many of my friends who say the same.
An absolutely wonderful therapist. I feel seen, heard and respected. I feel cared for. She reaches out to me often and I have only seen her once so far, but even this small action plus our appointment has already made her the best therapist I've ever had. I love how she describes things and while she is professional, she is also very chill and enjoyable to be around. I do not feel like I am in some rigid serious environment and feel like I can be myself.
