My name is Tracy Lewis. I have been practicing for almost twenty years. I have a master's degree in Social Work. I am also a Certified Integrative Health Coach. I enjoy working to help people improve their lives. My favorite treatment approaches are Client Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Clients often know what they need. They just need someone to guide them to. In this approach, you act as an equal partner in the therapy process, while your therapist remains non-directive and not past judgments on your feelings. The therapist help guide clients to grow psychologically, become more self-aware, and change their behavior via self-direction. The Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-based approaches are designed to help clients deal with anxiety, stress and depression by teaching them how to develop their skills needed to stop negative or unhelpful thoughts and start thinking, feeling and behaving in more positive ways. I look forward to working with you to guide you to become a better you!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Tracy is a great listener and supporter!
If you have had trouble finding someone compatible, knowledgeable, compassionate and an all around positive uplifting therapist, I found her! Tracy is by far the most helpful therapist I’ve seen. Such a radiant person, she helped me achieve leaps and bounds in such a short time.
Love ms.Tracy she’s a great human being and a even better therapist
Tracy Lewis is wonderful!
It's been a pleasure working with Tracy!
Tracy Lewis has an easy going, non-judgmental way about her. She is easy to talk to and relates well with me. I really trust her...and that is saying something! I feel like she really listens and works hard to help me sort through all off my...stuff. I appreciate her and this format in which I can connect with her.
Tracy is an amazing therapist that caters to the problems that you are genuinely feeling. She offers excellent advice and truly cares about her clients. Would highly recommend
I like talking to Tracy. She’s very personable and I feel like I’m talking to a friend or confidante rather than a paid professional.
She Great . And a good person to talk
Speaking with Tracy is very comforting and calming. Expressing to her is relieving and she is attentive and listens well. She has helped me when I’ve felt like I had no other place to go with no hope in the world. She has helped me bring hope back into my life; to better deal with my depression and anxiety. She’s been a big positive.
When I was in gridlock, with nowhere to go, when yelling and silent treatments became normal behavior in my marriage, Tracy was there to guide me on how to turn it other way around. Regardless of all the experience with guiding employees, talking with difficult customers, correcting bad children behavior, reading all the self-help and psychology books, I could not talk respectfully with my wife. Tracy had helped me establish back raport with my wife, where we are finally working as a team and not against each other. Tracy help you so much. Your experience, active listening, great guidance, knowledge and empathy had helped me a lot to turn my life toward better direction.
Working with Tracy has been great! She always allows me to have the space to discuss my issues at my own pace, listens contently and supports me in my plan of action to work on myself
