Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Debbie Harris is amazing at doing the best she can with a bad situation. I don't think that my girlfriend and I are going to work out, but Debbie Harris has helped us both realize that we have communication problems that are irreconcilable, and I am grateful for that help. She is truly a gifted therapist, and anyone would be lucky to have time speaking with her about their own issues.

Reviewed May 2022

Debbie is incredible! She knows exactly when to simply listen so I can get things off my chest, and when to make suggestions on how to handle specific situations. She always has enlightening and helpful advice. She is very responsive to text messaging, which I appreciate. I told her I did not expect her to message back quickly all the time, as I know I tend to message a lot, but she always responds in a very timely manner. I do really appreciate this. The text messaging feature takes therapy to an entirely new level and is far more helpful than simply waiting a week until you see your therapist again. She really helps me through a lot of little bumps in between our sessions, and I am extremely grateful for that! The text messaging feature is my favorite feature about this app. I always feel like I have a lifeline to contact if I really need it. Even just having that security and knowing I have somebody to reach out to is extremely helpful. And Debbie does an amazing job! Thank you Debbie for going above and beyond at all times!

Reviewed April 2022

Though I have only been getting help for a short time, Debbie Harris has already identified several things i need to work on, and has given me tasks/activities to better assist me with my anger and frustrations. I am grateful for the assistance and I look forward to continuing my sessions and self improvement.
