I am a Licensed Processional Counselor, practicing for five years with individuals and families. I have mostly focused on helping adolescents, children and adults work through issues of anxiety, depression, insecurity, poor self-image, behavior issues, family relationships and more.
My passion is helping others find the answers they need to feel themselves and live the lives they wish to live. My belief is that we know ourselves best, and a therapist supports you in this process of self-discovery and helps you with techniques to battle ineffective habits or thoughts we have. My approach is centered around empowering, encouraging, and validating my clients with a warm and nurturing approach.
If you are interested in working together, i would love to virtually meet you and let you see if we are a good fit. Finding the right fit in a therapist sometimes takes a few tries and that’s okay. It’s all about how you click with your therapist and how comfortable you feel to work on lasting change. If you’d like to work together, welcome!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

She is an amazing listener. It makes me feel heard and understood when she knows what I feel, what I’m trying to express without me getting all my words together. That part makes mostly makes me feel confident going through this process as it is my first time and I feel I’m not sure what I’m doing. What to talk about but Audrey has helped with this . I’m excited to continue to learn more about myself and become a better me :)
She takes the time, we are still trying to get to know each other and determine what my therapy needs are.
Audrey comes along side you to help you along the way. She is able to give you a different perspective allowing you to heal and grow. She has been a blessing to me.
Audrey is amazing! She makes me feel comfortable and is very kind
In my opinion, Audrey Williams. Is one of a kind. She's a mom with a toddler and a smile that last for days. I'm honored to have chosen the right therapist! She listens and validates me. She's invested in the ones who choose her for help. I don't plan to open up to anyone else.
I really enjoys peaking with Audrey she keep it honest with me and tell me what she think is best
Audrey is amazing, felt more confident after my first session.
She listens very well.
Audrey is awesome at her profession. She listens, helps, suggests, and has a heart for helping others in need. She has been outstanding during all of our sessions, i would highly recommend her services to anyone. GREAT experience. Thank you Audrey
Audrey has been so helpful this last year and is always so kind. She’s a great listener and has helped me understand ways to process my emotions and been supportive as I find out what works best for my brain to process everything. She’s honestly helped me so much just working through a lot of tough relational situations and a lot of fear and anxiety. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
So far she is wonderful. Only a couple visits in and she has already helped a bunch. Very easy to talk to
Audrey is great! I would recommend her to anyone!
She is super sweet and supportive. She is absolutely the best therapist I have ever had.

I have really enjoyed working with my therapist these last 6 months. She has gotten me though alot of difficult times and I love her for that. She very understanding.
Good job therapizing
Audrey is very personable and understanding! She has always made me feel heard and that my feelings are valued. She always seems to know what to say and how to turn things into positives!
I love love love her. She has made the biggest impact.
Audrey is a great therapist. She takes the time to get to know you before jumping into issues. I really like this approach because I feel comfortable opening up to her. After a while it feels like talking to a good friend. She also is very knowledgeable on the topics I bring her and she always has a different perspective then me which helps further my understanding of the issues I struggle with. One other great quality about Audrey is she doesn’t try to interrupt you and let’s you talk through an issue or idea you have before adding to it with her own insights and knowledge. I would definitely recommend Audrey Williams to anyone who wants to try therapy but has put it off because they are introverted or find it hard to talk to others about themselves. Her kind and caring tone will immediately put you at ease and you will find it easy to open up to her. You will quickly look forward to your next therapy session. Thank you so much, Audrey!
She’s very understanding and calming and I really enjoy speaking to her

I love Audrey and I am so glad she was chosen to help me.
I love Audrey's way of listening and supporting my journey/struggle right now. I needed a soft place to land and she has provided that to me!
Sometimes I think I'm rambling on and on but Audrey seems to still pick up the point of what I'm trying say or emotions that are underlying. I really appreciate how she handles my concerns.
