Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Trae is great. From the first moment you could tell he really cared and wanted to help get things better.
Had a very positive experience working with Mason. Mason was very easy to talk to and we were able to work through some of my goals. I came out feeling refreshed and motivated. I would definitely recommend Mason to anyone looking to work through things in therapy, he was thoughtful and gave me some useful insight into my thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
Trae has been so good to work with. Was very skeptical about this whole process to start, but he quickly and skillfully got us making big progress right away. I appreciate the experience he brings to the sessions and his professional, caring approach. We stay focused on what it is we are working on in the Session, but I can tell he has hard-earned wisdom to share about many life topics.
