I am grateful for you. No matter who you are, what you have done, you will be accepted. I bring a welcoming and accepting attitude and strong desire to help you enhance your self-understanding but also to help you determine what is best for you. Like Carl Rogers my mentor, I will listen to you as you are accepted wholly. Resources will be suggested in order to enhance your appreciation of yourself, those in your life and the activities you engage in on a regular - seldom basis.
We will discuss and develop a personalized self-awareness and -improvement plan and partner in active addressing, modifying and completing of this plan.
I bring experience within a family, in helping individuals have better relationships, identify and excel in their self-support and -thriving worlds and to reach out to enhance these as necessary. Gratefully, I have served many populations: new immigrants, medically vulnerable, the un- and under-employed, at-risk students, concerned family members and look forward to welcoming, honoring and serving you, a definite gift. Thank you for learning more about me. I offer you total acceptance.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

John incorporates faith in many methods of healing. He is taking time to get to know me & my family dynamics that influence my stress. John is feeling like a safe place to air out my struggles & anxiety.
I have been working with John for the last couple weeks and I cannot begin to describe how grateful I am to have someone that inspires compassion, change, gratefulness, and understanding. He is extremely responsive and from the very first few seconds of meeting he made me feel accepted, welcomed, and supportive.
John is very helpful, positive, and supportive in helping me to have a more hopeful outlook on life and to improve my way of life. I would highly recommend him.
John is always upbeat. He brings positivity to our time together. He helps me to acknowledge the good things happening in my life and to recognize where I need to be making improvements to be the person I'd like to be.
John is very engaging and talented in using his active listening skills and communication is excellent with many open ended questions to make me feel valued. Good guy all around!
John is a wonderful therapist with an abundance of knowledge and experience. In addition to his experience, I find what makes him special is his overwhelming empathy, and willingness to learn from your experiences to mold solutions that work for you. He listens and cares about those he interacts with and I think that's the most important aspect of his role!
John has been an incredible listener and adapts to what makes me most comfortable. He does push me out of my comfort zone is areas that are important, and really helps me focus on the tasks at hand.
I think John has really done a nice job of working to make sure my concerns have been addressed. He's offered to meet with my family members to get a better sense of what goes on at my house. I appreciate his willingness to do that. He has also offered multiple solutions to things that I've discussed with him.
John is a great listener and is a great therapist for me. He understands how my task centered brain works and as such will give me tasks to complete that helps me in understanding my situation, family, faith, and professional life. I would highly recommend John!
I have been with John for a bit and he is fantastic. I’m glad to have met him and happy he is here to support.

John is an amazing man and I am grateful that I have him in my life for therapy. He has great suggestions and allows me to vent while asking great questions to bend my prospective and natural way of viewing things. I highly recommend him for therapy especially if you are new to therapy and need someone with great knowledge on communication and feedback.
John is a great listener. I have found his presence to be very comforting.
I sought therapy for anxiety and stress issues. John listened to my issues really well and offered a lot of very useful tips, suggestions for overcoming my anxiety and stress , that could be incorporated into my daily routine. I benefited greatly from the sessions.
I appreciate his positive and cheerful outlook and empathy. He really strives to serve you and bring ideas. It’s been a rather uplifting experience.
John has impressed me as being very positive and proactive. He has me journaling and working on some other things. It's a bit uncomfortable, but I think growth is supposed to be uncomfortable. Presently, things seem to be going pretty well.
He’s a kind soul, I’ve only had 2 sessions, I believe he’s a good match for me
John seems invested in my wellbeing and happiness. He seems eager to connect, support, and listen.
He is very supportive and offers good insight into the problems that I face.
Cannot say enough wonderful things about John! He helped guide me through tough challenges in my life and develop more nurturing relationships with the ones I love. Thank you John, you are appreciated.
He’s an all around great therapist
I truly appreciate John Gosling’s kind gentle style. He makes me feel safe sharing my experience, and as giving me some very useful steps to start with. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with him.
Absolutely a delight to work with!
John is very supportive. He is a great listener and doesn't judge and is easy to talk with.
I have only had one session but am confident he can help me in the best way possible. John is extremely positive, listens and is helping me set some goals that I think will be life changing.
John is such a genuine and kind person. I have never had a therapist before but he made our sessions welcoming and comfortable.
I chose John amidst other counselors after getting the impression that he genuinely enjoys his work. With other counselors in the past, I have felt burdensome (and am admittedly very sensitive to that feeling). I haven't felt that way with John whatsoever and appreciate his solution-based approach and honesty. He's very easy to talk to and I always leave our sessions feeling energized and supported.
John is a phenomenal counselor and human being. So blessed to have him!!!
I have worked with many different therapists over the years to manage my anxieties. The tips and ideas he has brought to the table in my first three sessions far exceed any help I have received before. I am grateful for his services.
