I specialize in helping my clients not just get relief from painful emotional struggles—such as anxiety and depression—but also create lasting change in their most significant relationships. I enjoy developing relationships and providing active listening with individuals. I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, and beyond. I have enjoyed working in the Behavioral field with a variety of clients since 2000. Training and Education: I hold a Master's Degree from National University and a BA from Simpson University. I have a certificate for level 1 training in EMDR. I have additional training from working as a clinician for 15 years in County Services in several departments which are Health Program Manager, Clinician, LMFT and Psychiatric Technician.
