Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I love grace she’s literally my lifeline
Grace is amazing, with her specialty in EMDR she was able to help me navigate a lot of things I have been going through. I was surprise myself that in just a few weeks and months I was able to do so much better. I am still shook at how effective EMDR is and definitely recommend Grace! I'm really happy that I was paired with Grace.
Grace has been amazing, by far the best therapist I have ever had. She remembers everything I tell her and conversation is so natural. She offers a lot of different techniques towards therapy that I had never tried before and she appreciates your feedback. Bottom line is that she really does care about your progress. I look forward to every session with her.
Grace is warm, approachable, friendly and understanding. She makes me feel comfortable sharing about some of my work-related anxiety. She also closely follows up with me, and genuinely cares. She taught me techniques to manage my anxiety which are very useful. Best thing is she is always readily available. I feel very lucky to have met Grace through BetterHelp. She’s a shining star.
Grace made me feel comfortable talking from our first conversation and is available although we don't share the same time zone. She checks in with me which I find very comforting while always being careful to not putting extra pressure.
