Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

So helpful kind and personable
2 sessions so far with Janet and I already feel comfortable and at ease. Really looking forward to continuing therapy with Janet’s help.
Janet is absolutely amazing. She takes the time to listen and to actually hear you. I find her to be both intuitive and concrete in her recommendations and responses.
Janet was extremely helpful in easing my anxiety and the stress I experienced while parenting a teen. She is a great listener and had many practical suggestions and helpful strategies for me to try. Each time we met, Janet was prepared to follow up on what we had previously discussed. Our sessions helped me gain a new perspective. I highly recommend Janet as an effective therapist.
I always feel much better after a session with Janet. She’s kind, easy to talk to, and gives fantastic advice :)
Amazing, so respectful and always knows what to say
She’s the best!
Great
Janet is absolutely fantastic. Patient, kind and understanding. I have had multiple instances where I have tried therapy and leave feeling more confused than I did when I walked in. Janets light hearted approach makes me feel very comfortable sharing with her. Janets questions help me reflect on my own behaviour and plan my actions for the future. I am already seeing lots of really positive changes in my life - and look forward to so many more. I am so grateful I found Janet as my therapist!
