Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

She is a great listener, and a problem, solver
Laura has supported me through so much over the past year +. Her insight has prompted me to dig deep and work through a lot of issues. I always leave my session with her feeling so much lighter and optimistic. I love how down to earth she is and really enjoy and look forward to our sessions. I would, and have, recommend Laura to anyone looking for some support in these challenging and changing times.
Laura listens and helps me focus on the right things.
Laura Moore has been a great therapist for me.
I had therapy a few years ago and at the beginning, I was ok with me doing all the talking. This went on for a few years and then I got tired of talking. I wanted more guidance or interaction with my therapist and I get that with Laura. She gives exercises and questionnaires to complete. I need interaction to figure out how to succeed with my therapy goals. I have recommended Laura to friends and family.
She is a great listener which is very important. She focuses on the solution and the not the problem . Always positive when I have therapy with her it feels a ton of bricks have been lifted but I am sure it's because she Laura Moore is my therapist you can't get this with just anyone.

I feel so much better about my situation since I’m speaking with Laura I am more comfortable and confident. I’m coming out of my shell. If you don’t wanna really listens to me and understands me and not judgmental at all. I could not have asked for a better.
She's relatable which makes talking about problems I'm going through easier to bring up. She does a great job of understanding the issues I bring to her and offering advice when I need it or simply empathizing otherwise.

Laura is always helpful and offers many suggestions for me to find ways to express myself, learn more self-awareness, and attend to better self-care. I've seen many Therapists over the years, and Laura is one of the best! She is never judgmental and always supportive, even when my OCD tries to get in the way. ;) She has a gentle and relaxed demeanor, which makes it easy to talk about difficult issues. She's professional, yet still warm. I always feel safe with her.

This Monday will be my third session with Laura. I find that she is easy to talk to. I feel she listens and gives me good feedback. I look forward to working with Laura. I have already referred her to a friend's daughter.
Laura really listens in our sessions and gives the best responses to make me think about what I am doing to encourage a positive outcome in my own journey. She checks in regularly which I have never had before with previous therapists. She is very warm and easy to open up to so therapy with her doesn’t seem like such a chore. Although it can be difficult at times, I now look forward to therapy because of Laura!
