Hi! I'm Jenn and I am a licensed mental health counselor based in Tampa, Florida. I have over 15 years of clinical experience working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, complex trauma and substance abuse as well as those just having difficulties dealing with everyday life. I enjoy working with adults, adolescents and children and love watching people increase self-awareness and create sustainable change in their lives. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I use these modalities in individual, family and group settings.

I take an individualized approach to every client I work with. Everyone has a unique story to tell I am here to listen and help them work through any challenges. My goal is to see my clients reach their highest potential. I want to equip them with the tools they need to succeed in all areas. I want to empower them to identify the things that could be blocking them and how to break though. My clients appreciate my authentic and genuine approach to treatment. I am truly passionate about what I do!

I am excited about the opportunity to work with you!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions. Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
