Carrie helped me to understand my daughter's way of interacting with others and helped me to be less bothered by it . Largely it was helpful to be able to get the thoughts running around in my head out into the world to someone that was willing to listen to them.

The last few years have brought a lot of stress and change for me and I’m not sure I could’ve navigated it without Carrie. With her help, I’ve slowly made my way out of a constant fight or flight state and into a more relaxed, enjoyable state where I can get things done without anxiety being my driving force all the time. I feel really lucky to have found her.

I believe that we all go through things in life. I work with adults, adolescents, and couples who are going through divorce, death/loss, financial issues, relationship issues, traumatic events, abuse, or deployment/transitional issues. As a former military spouse, I also have experience with military life and the demands of the military lifestyle on individuals and their families. As a counselor with 10 years of experience, I have worked with clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem issues, work related issues, relationship issues, and various life changing issues. Sometimes we just need some support during our difficult times to help us cope and find the silver lining. I enjoy supporting clients during their stressful events in life to help them find Hope, Healing, Empowerment, and Enrichment.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Carrie is amazing. She changed my life.
Carrie is a great therapist. Very knowledgeable.
She’s simply amazing!
Carrie is a great listener who repeats your statements for clarification and acknowledgment of what was said. She is unbiased while working with my wife and I, always uplifting us both for our strengths while giving constructive advice on how we can improve as individuals and a couple. The sessions feel intimate and exclusive, without the sense that we are being rushed off or given partial attention. She helps us work through our issues and to seek the meanings and solutions to them through gentle probing, rather than just throwing out quick fixes or “answers” based on her personal feelings/preferences. She has been a great help to my wife and I thus far, we are very grateful for her time, knowledge and efforts.
Carrie is great she breaks down the things you need to work on 1 at a time

Carrie is a wonderful and knowledgeable person, We feel blessed to have picked her. She is very comforting and supportive. You are lucky to have her.
Carrie is incredible, when I first started going to her I did not expect much to happen as I talked out my problems. As our sessions continued she has helped guide me while encouraging and challenging me to become self sufficient, more confident, and in general a better overall person. She helped me immensely to work through the problems I was having in my life. She has been an incredibly positive influence on my life and I will use the things she taught me for the rest of my life, I am incredibly grateful to her for all she has helped me to accomplish. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.
She is awesome! Listens, is very kind, offers great advice. Highly recommended
I instantly felt a connection with Carrie and felt so comfortable to talk with her. She checks in on me and makes me feel valid while giving me homework to work on.
I found Carrie a few months ago when my family & marriage had literally imploded and have been very happy with our sessions. No matter what I cone to her with, she is able to sort out my dynamics, emotions, resentments and confusion I have bottled up. Her advise makes sense, which is surprising because nothing right now makes sense to me, but she nails it every time. I am able to regroup after speaking with her. I am able to set goals and think more clearly. I feel more accomplished. She has helped me and continues to help me more than she knows.
Carrie is amazing. Very responsive and knowledgeable.
I absolutely love my therapist!!! She is very personable and understanding. It feels like I am talking to a good friend rather than someone who is just being cold and analytical. She gives good feedback and does ask questions which help you think of things in a better way. Overall, best therapist I have ever had!
Carrie is amazing at her job. I thought my other therapist was good, (went on medical leave, which led me to Carrie), but Carrie blows them out of the water. She is attentive, extremely knowledgeable and contextualizes and articulates things very well.
Carrie has been so approachable & made me feel like a priority.
Carrie is very nice & very interested in helping you with want you want to work on. She helps me prioritize things and motivates me to take small steps because they add up, while also building in time for rest. So happy I started working with her.
Carrie has been really supportive as a therapist and has been flexible with me in being able to jump in between various topics that I need to discuss as they come up, and is always able to provide great resources if necessary!
Carrie has been very helpful and empathic to my concerns. She has provided me with some usual tools that I can use to help with my relationships and coping.
She listens well, I’m still getting to know her and explaining who I am as a person. She still remembers me and all my problems when I come back to her which is all I can ask of someone. Really appreciate and enjoy working with her so far!
She is a great listener and easy to talk to
