I’ve had therapists for many years but Shannon is one of a kind. I’ve had all female therapists except for one but I didn’t care for him. When I came here I requested a man thinking I have to change it up, somehow I ended up with Shannon and its been a wonderful learning experience ever since. She’s tough on me when I need it and she’s very kind, compassionate & loving at the same time. My world was upside down when we first spoke and I was ready to crumble and she pulled me up out of the mud and brushed me off. She’s an angel and I’m grateful for her! Thank you!

Shannon has been nothing but amazing. I’ve done therapy before, but this is the first time I’m able to actually change some behaviors I’ve been working on for a decade. Kind, patient, and not afraid to hold a mirror up for you, when you need it. I love working with Shannon, and hope to continue to work with as long as possible.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
