When I first met Monique I was in a terrible place. I was dealing with a lot of past trauma that was destroying my relationship and personal self-esteem. Monique helped me discover some good things about myself that helped me gain love for myself . She taught me skills to deal with intense emotions and helped me identify some negative thought patterns that were causing me to do irrational things . She helped me find myself again ! With the skills I learned from her, I was able to save my relationship and make it better! She was there for me anytime I needed her.
