Human beings are very dynamic and have unlimited potential to heal and grow. When I began my journey as a therapist, my goal was to help people not feel so alone in their pain, break mental health stigmas, and find answers hidden within themselves. I bring empathy, humor, compassion and genuine curiosity that is free of assumptions to the healing space. My therapeutic approach is tailored to fit your unique needs and desires. I take pride in guiding you in your journey of gaining insight and self-love to help you live a joyful well-balanced life.
I have extensive experience in working with adults who are struggling with symptoms of PTSD, depression, anxiety, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, BPD, etc.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

I've been working with Julia for 8 months and it's changed my world. She's identified things I didn't realize I was doing/thinking & sends super helpful notes to help me work through them. I'm so glad I sought help!
She is very attentive and allows me room to think. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone she is so professional. It feels like I’m talking to my sister.
I had an extreme amount of anxiety starting therapy for the first time ever. I chose to do text chat for the first appointment because of my anxiety. Julia was completely understanding and encouraged me to try a phone call for my next session and I’m so glad I did. I’ve only had 2 sessions with Julia so far and I’m already extremely comfortable with her. I will be sticking with her and recommending her to others.
Julia is great! She has helped me understand and process recent difficult situations and has given me tools to help me love and respect myself. I have already grown so much in just a few sessions.
I've been working with Julia for a couple of months, she's already done so much to help me understand the basis of my issues, and how to deal with & keep them from affecting my life. She's very intuitive & between sessions sends info that's really helped me change my mindset. I can't say enough about the help she's given me.
Julia is an amazing person and very knowledgeable on her topics.
Julia is personable, authentic, compassionate, knowledgeable and so supportive - you can truly tell she cares and is passionate about her work. In only a few weeks, she has cultivated a safe space to support me in my healing journey. Having resources and powerful prompts shared in the chat have been a wonderful additions to support my momentum alongside our video sessions.
Julia is a good listener and offer good advice.
