I am a Professional Counselor Licensed in Pennsylvania with over 7 years of experience working as a School Counselor, Mobile Therapist and now Licensed Therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including; depression, anxiety, ADHD, sexuality, grief and loss, self esteem, relational aggression, etc. The age range of the clients I have worked with truly vary as well.

My therapy style focuses on empathy and building a positive therapeutic relationship with clients to create a strong and trustworthy environment. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion and providing a safe space free of stigmatizing labels. My approach combines client-centered and solution focused-therapy which allows clients to act as equal partners in the therapy process.

Seeking out therapy is a great first step in working towards your goals and I am here to assist in that journey in a positive and encouraging way.

At this time, I am solely using live messaging and have a few slots available during the day on Wednesdays. If this does not work for you, please let me know and I can show you how to change therapists. Thank you for your understanding!

I look forward to working with you!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions. Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
