I listen for your individual personality traits and specific emotional needs in order to individualize a treatment plan and establish counseling goals that are tailored to your specific needs. I utilize a combination of therapies including, cognitive-behavioral, rational-emotive, structured family therapy, mindfulness, prolonged exposure and/or narrative therapies, when indicated.
