Melissa is amazing! She is caring, listens without judgement, and offers actionable plans to work through my problems. She also tells me things how I need to hear them. She is kind, but firm and doesn't sugar coat things. It's very helpful to hear hard things that way, even if I don't want to hear it. I would highly recommend her!
