Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Shelly is very nice I can truly talk to her and cares about her patients
Shelly is very easy to talk to and you can tell she cares for her patients
Shelly and I have worked on so many things, I feel a night and day difference with talking through things with her as well as her offering suggestions and ways to handle/cope with situations outside of my control. We discuss intimate things that are confidential that I would not want to focus on with family, but want to be able to talk to a 3rd party about to gain perspective. I appreciate her so much!
Shelly has been my therapist for a few months now and she has been the only therapist I’ve actually been able to talk to long term I always feel like they don’t do anything or help but she’s always there for me no matter time or day
Fantastic, very caring and professional, very personable and easy to talk to.
Shelly has made me feel comfortable with participating in therapy with her. This doesn't come naturally to me.
Awesome so far
So far everything is still fresh and new, we’ve chatted and had one visit! But it’s been a wonderful experience this far!
In my third session with Shelly. She is positive, she listens, asks good questions and makes me feel comfortable talking about my issues and feelings. So far, I am very satisfied with the progress we are making
I appreciate her time and her feedback. When I need told this is something I need to work on vs this is not something you should own. Don’t make this yourproblem
She has been been the breath of fresh air I was searching for. She is always punctual and bubbly. She makes my whole week bright. Thank you Shelly.
Enjoy talking with Shelly I'm happy to know her

Shelly is a great therapist and really started helping me open up
All good things to say
Shelly has been wonderful to talk with. I was anxious when considering therapy, I thought I would end each session feeling emotionally exhausted. Talking with Shelly feels like talking with an old friend who helps dig a little deeper into situations affecting my life, and I end our sessions feeling upbeat and positive.
Shelly is the best! I would recommend her any day!
Shelly Goodman is very respectful, funny and responsive. I appreciate her perspective on things that I could look at differently. She has helped a lot.
Shelly is an amazing therapist. She checks in on me frequently if we haven’t had time to speak in a while and she’s very flexible if I need to cancel or schedule a different time. She helps me navigate my mental illnesses, identify my strengths and weaknesses, as well as every day challenges that we all struggle with. I am a strong believer that every person could benefit from therapy of some form. No matter your issue, Shelly is definitely a person that will try to help you to the best of her ability.
Shelly is a very positive and up beat therapist she’s great at questioning the important topics to make you look at a situation from all viewpoints while having some fun and jokes in there so your therapy expo is not all about the problems in life and you can have some fun while helping your mental health. She’s very supportive and inspirational Shelly has shown me a great first time experience in therapy!
Shellys attention and care has been a support I have leaned on heavily in the past few weeks/months. I relate to her and find it easy to discuss any and all topics of struggle or triumph, this transparency has given me a dependable platform for her advice/encouragement/wisdom as well as my own reflection/self-understanding/growth. My substance abuse past and other issues aligned with her experience as a therapist and I emplor you to give Shelly a chance to better help your honest growth.
She’s the best!
Shelly is incredible. She’s flexible, friendly, approachable, and knowledgable. She knows how to make you feel heard, and understood. When I began therapy, I had crippling anxiety about opening up about my struggles, and Shelly knew how to patiently make me feel comfortable enough to begin those discussions. My experience with her is one that I’m thankful for.
Shelly is amazing! She listens intently, does not judge, offers valuable feedback and is incredibly encouraging. No matter how many times I come with the same issue that I'm even sick of hearing myself talk about .... she listens and continues to work through it with me. I SO APPRECIATE HER!
