She has been with me for a few years now and she is simply incredible at her job. I would recommend her services to anyone. I am so grateful to have her.

I absolutely love finding a one in a million therapist that treats you like a real person and not another ticket on the books for the day. She comes across as more of a friend than a professional which is exactly what I personally look for when opening up to someone.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions. Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Jessica is a supportive and light spirited listener and conversationalist. She does an amazing job at keeping things light hearted while also delving feeling into convos. A lot of what she says is very relational to herself or other examples to help me understand where I need to make progress.
