Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Dr. Bobbitt is a great listener and offers reflections and feedback that you typically can't get from someone close to you.
Besides having a strong sense of professionalism, Dr. Bobbitt is a down-to-earth kind of guy who is candid, but at the same time, gentle with his clients. It never feels like you're just conducting business. He's not the type to speak down to you, but rather see you eye to eye as equals, and I believe that's incredibly important when it comes to forming a trusting bond with a councilor. No matter what you have on your mind, Dr. Bobbitt is good at determining whether a thought needs dissecting or if you just need someone to listen as you verbally sort out your thoughts. As someone who has never tried therapy before, Dr. Bobbitt has constructed an environment that has made my sessions comfortable relatively easy when it comes to sharing about difficult topics. In the future, if I'm ever in the position where I feel therapy is the right option for me, Dr. Bobbitt is someone I would seek out again.
He is very understanding.
Great person to talk to. Highly recommend.
I think he's great so far! We haven't been at it long enough to form an opinion on some things, but i appreciate so so much that he beats what I'm saying and actually understands where I'm coming from.
